I provide excellent family-based services in all matters of family law, including, divorce, child custody, paternity, parenting plan modifications, dependency and neglect actions, DCS actions, termination of parental rights, step-parent adoptions, and all LGBTQ family services. Counties of service include Wilson, Macon, Trousdale, Smith, Jackson, Rutherford, Sumner, White, Putnam, DeKalb, Williamson, Maury, Cannon, and other counties case-by-case.

I have advanced knowledge of juvenile court proceedings, and I have worked as a defense attorney and guardian ad litem in dependency and neglect matters. I have handled numerous severe abuse cases during my career. I have an extensive background in working with and litigating against Tennessee Department of Children's Services (DCS).
