John Mark Lee

Born, June 30, 1959; practicing attorney admitted to the Tennessee Bar, 1988; Graduate of Cumberland University (A.A., 1979); University of Tennessee (B.S., 1981); Nashville School of Law (J. D., 1988).  Member:  17th Judicial District Bar Association; Member and actively serving on the Education Committee of both the Tennessee Land Title Association and American Land Title Association; Past President of Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and is its 34th designated Lifetime Member.

Mark is a lifelong resident of Lebanon and father of three boys. Mark has practiced law with Lee and Lee Attorneys since 1988, a law practice established by his father, Robert E. Lee in 1959. He continues to practice with his brother, Bob Lee and four other attorneys.  The firm bases its reputation not only on its success in its practice, but on its service and loyalty to the community. The firm has been an affiliate member of the Wilson County Board of Realtors since 1990, and is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Mark was instrumental in the building of the Lebanon Community Playground in 1995 and its subsequent refurbishment in 2011. He is a member of First Baptist Church and has received numerous awards and recognition for his service in the community. Mark is also very active in the Boy Scouts of America and is an Eagle Scout.
