Biography
At Bednarz Law we try to be the type of lawyer we would want if we needed one. Joe Bednarz, Jr. joined the firm in 1993 as a law clerk while in law school. After getting his license in 1997 he immediately began working on everything from simple rear end collisions to complex product liability cases. Over the years he has been involved in cases against a number of corporate defendants to include General Motors, Honda, Ford, Taser International, Yamaha, Polaris, Armor All, Johnson and Johnson, Nissan, Wells Fargo, and John Hancock Insurance Company. In addition to handling cases all over Tennessee, he has been involved in numerous cases throughout the country. Mr. Bednarz is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Association for Justice and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to going to law school he was a Class A-1 member of the PGA of America.
