I have known attorney John T. Harding for almost 20 years. I know him to be hardworking, conscientious and ethical. I have retained him to represent family members for those very reasons. Pound for pound and inch for inch he is one of the toughest and most tenacious criminal defense lawyers I have known.

Mr. Harding has received money for our case but has yet to file the petition. We have called, emailed, faxed and he has yet to respond. Do not hire this attorney he does not follow through with his cases!!!!! He has been censored and will have a complaint filed against him due his lack of responsiven...ess.

I am the father of an adult daughter who is trying to complete a divorce case with Mr. Harding. She paid him, but nearly 9 months later does not have a case going to court and has difficulty getting him to meet and update her, other than to say "these things take time." I see he has been censured bef...ore. If we don't see some action soon on his part, I may be reporting him to the state bar. I don't want to believe he's taking advantage of her, but her case certainly does not seem to be any priority.
