Brenda Miller Stiles

Ms. Stiles has handled three cases for me. She knew exactly what to do, and the right time to do it. We were in court frequently, and there was never a question as to her professionalism or her expertise. It didn't matter if we were in Circuit Court or in Juvenile Court, Ms. Stiles did her job exper...tly.

My first experience with Ms. Stiles was watching her in court on a motion against the attorney I had hired for another case. She tore him up in court, and never raised her voice. She had three cases on that day, and in each one she did her very best for her clients. The next time I needed a lawye...r, she was the one I called. Several times, I called her, saying I was tired of fighting, and just to let everything go. She was patient with me, even though I see now I was acting stupid. Sometimes, I guess we need somebody to tell us when we're wrong. I stuck it out, and got everything we were asking for, and then some.

Unfortunately her office started out strong and we got a fair agreement in mediation. Then they butchered the paperwork and left a lot of loose ends that took me over a year to get most of them tied. That destroyed any good faith that might have been gained thru mediation. We still have new problems ...arise on monthly basis from that office not seeing things thru. And now they have accused me of being the bad guy because I called them out on it. Truth Is they are too busy to keep up. Helen her assistance is literally buried in files up to the ceiling. She is the real mind behind the scene and she just doesn't stand a chance with that work load...and the part time girl really tries...but unfortunately its a constant state of chaos in that office. I paid them in full every time I was asked for money. Maybe I should have held a percentage until things were complete
