Legally yes you both can not technically consent to sex. You are 14 and have a whole life to live you should truly reconsider wanting to have a baby.

This is serious and they could put your sentence into effect. Hire a local criminal attorney immediately.

There is a possibility that they will see it but Florida may not request that you be extradited as well.

Completely agree. I will add that if you missed a court date there will be a felony warrant out for your arrest. Best to hire a Tennessee...
