If you tried to dispose of the meth before cops found it then it would be tampering with evidence. I would suggest that you talk with an attorney...

Not unless it has been 10 days since you pled guilty then you can withdraw your plea. If it has been longer than unfortunately it can not be expunged.
What will happen if you don't have a public defender or lawyer when you go to court on a gun possession charge?

I would suggest getting copies of the judgment to confirm that they are not consecutive and then show your probation officer.
