More time can be added. Just because she is incarcerated doesn’t mean they will be dropped. She will still need an attorney.

No you wouldn’t get a DUI but it seems a little odd that ten years on you still have those requirements.

If they were dismissed the clerks should have started the paperwork for expungements already. I would ask them.
