No if you got new charges then everything starts over again. So you would essentially have a 2 year probation term for your 3 charges.

If she got it before officially being convicted then there is no problem. If she got it after they could put her full sentence into effect.

Did the non genetic father adopt the child? If yes, then the answer is yes. If no, then he would have a fight ahead of him to get custody.
