Most likely he will not even have a bond if he was on felony probation already.
What are my rights as a parent in Arizona if CPS has requested a drug test to be done and I do not take it ?

Honestly it is better that you take the drug test. But since you did not you need to hire a family attorney as it could get complicated.

If it has been dismissed then you only have to worry about it coming back for a year. Honestly I wouldn't worry about it until you get a notice...

Yes! That is a decent amount of weed and there is a possibility of jail time. You should contact an attorney immediately in your area.
