Well if it was a juvenile charge they are always hidden. But if you were charged as an adult it will be very hard for you to get it expunged.
You may have the rest of your sentence put into effect or even more time on your sentence.
District Attorney would be the one prosecuting you and unless you qualify for a public defender that would be the only way for you to get free...
You would need to petition the court for full custody. For something this serious I would look into a local family attorney to help you.
