It shouldn't be as you are on unsupervised probation. Just talk to your probation officer so that they can update your address in their system.

I agree it is also determined by what original percentage he was sentenced at. You need to hire a local criminal attorney immediately.

I completely agree also be aware that you can terminate the power of attorney at any time but make sure that they have notice to avoid confusion.
