Compassionate and aggressive
I used Mark Rassas a few years ago for a federal tort claim. He was very compassionate to my situation but was also aggressive in getting what his clients deserved. Very good communication and the law firm becomes like family to you.

Horrible Attorney
DO NOT HIRE MARK RASASS, he will not listen to a word you say or ask of him! You'll pay thousands of dollars for Mark RASASS to only do what he wants; so he can continue to bill you for something you didn't ask of him! VERY DISAPPOINTED with his so called PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT and CLIENT CONFIDENTIA...
