Emailed about a consultation, but said you didn’t have the attorneys who could take my case

I emailed about having a consultation about a civil suit. The lady emailed back said we don’t have attorneys that would take that, and i emailed back asking for recommendations of anyone and she just said “No, sorry I don’t” so I was basically told I couldn’t have a consultation. I follow you on ti...ck tok, and I really admire you, and for you having strong Christian beliefs is one reason I reached out to you, from the reviews you are an awesome lawyer. All I was needing is for someone to listen to me about my situation in person give me advice , someone that know what they are talking about and doing, and I also have paperwork, on top of paperwork. I just felt the lady that emailed me was short, rude, and had no interest in helping me. Which disappointed me. This is not directed at Mr. Kennedy, but at the response from the lady that emailed me. I wasn’t consulted by any attorney bc she said you don’t have attorneys to take a case like mine, but the website has many different lawyers.

Never Again!!!!

I've had a basic car accident settlement case with them since March 2023. In 2 ALMOST 3 years there has been no solid update on my case, can barely get a hold of my lawyer, and when I finally do, I get a run around. Finally agreed on an amount to settle, TWO MONTHS AGO, still no paperwork being signe...d. Just no movement. I've called up here to complain about the handling of my case and all they continue to do is just have my lawyer FINALLY call me and nothing else. I'm at my whits end with this and will be figuring out what legal action can be taken against them and contacting the bar association to file a complaint.
