Judge Adrienne Fry, in my lived experience, represents the most dangerous thing a courtroom can contain: unchecked power with no accountability. As a father you will spend hearts fighting with no luck of every getting to be a dad. What happene...d in her courtroom didn’t resemble justice, fairness, or due process. It felt like a predetermined outcome where facts didn’t matter, evidence didn’t matter, and a parent’s constitutional rights are trampled upon. I entered the court as a father with no criminal record, no violence, no abuse, no drugs, no CPS findings. I am erased from my child’s life—permanently. Not because of anything I had done to my child, but because of speech, disagreement, and refusal to submit quietly. Judge Fry wielded “judicial discretion” like a blunt weapon. Orders were issued that effectively amounted to a civil death sentence: keeping me at a lifetime separation from my child, total silence enforced under threat of incarceration, and ongoing financial punishment—without any meaningful path to remedy or review. Due process is nonexistent. Pro-se litigants are treated terrible since we have no money to give them. The imbalance between a parent representing themselves and seasoned attorneys was not just ignored—it was exploited. Decisions have nothing to do about law and everything to do about control. The most chilling part is how casually a child’s relationship with a loving parent can be destroyed. No effort toward reunification. No proportional response. No acknowledgment of the irreversible harm caused by permanent alienation. Just finality—delivered with a gavel and no accountability. Courts are supposed to protect constitutional rights, not punish people for exercising them. From my perspective, my speech I'm not allowed to talk for more then 4 min and everything I say is treated as a weapon, my advocacy as defiance, and my love for my child as something to be neutralized. This kind of judicial behavior doesn’t just damage one family—it sends a message: comply, stay silent, or be erased. Forever. Family court under judges like this doesn’t resolve conflict. It manufactures trauma, rewards escalation, and leaves children growing up without parents who desperately want to be in their lives. Justice should be blind—but what I experienced felt cold, calculated, and utterly indifferent to the lifelong damage inflicted. History will not be kind to courts that confuse authority with righteousness.
