Robert Yager

Bo Yager is a criminal defense attorney who has represented clients across the state of Tennessee. His practice is focused exclusively on defending individuals facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges; prior cases have included defending clients accused of murder, domestic violence, DUI, assault, drug charges, theft, and sex crimes. Bo has also helped many clients wipe their criminal record through the expungement process.

As a former United States Marine, he has sworn multiple oaths to defend the Constitution - first in uniform, and now in the courtroom. He is known for a direct, aggressive approach to criminal defense. Clients have also praised his down-to-earth speaking style and around-the-clock availability.

Bo is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has had cases in front of both the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeals, and has defended clients in the following counties:
