R. Burke Keaty II

Burke represents a wide variety of injured clients, with a focus on helping those who have been hurt in car, motorcycle, and tractor-trailer crashes. He also handles cases for businesses and individuals involved in contract disputes.

Recently, Burke was selected to the 2014 “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers Association and the 2014 and 2015 Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars.

He’s a member of the Nashville Bar Association, where he serves on the board of the Young Leadership Division. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Tennessee Association for Justice, where he was formerly Chair of the Products Liability Committee.

Burke began his legal career as an associate with the firm after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Burke was a member of the mock trial team and also contributed case commentaries to the school’s business law journal.

Burke and his wife, Jenney, who’s also an attorney, live in Nashville. Together they’ve served on charitable host committees for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and PULSE, a young professionals organization supporting the American Heart Association. Most of their free time is spent outdoors together with their son, Trip, and their dog, Mac, a rescued golden retriever mix.
