How do I begin the expungement or sealing process for a misdemeanor conviction in Maryland?

If you were convicted and spent time in jail then you did not get a probation before judgment disposition. You cannot expunge or seal your records.

You may never be charged. A criminal defense attorney can't do much for you other than investigate your case until you've been charged as well....

I was arrested the 27th for a DUI while i was in SOS cafe shooting pool. The officer couldn't identify me the driver.

It's considered a gift at this point. Especially if you offered and he refused. I would say it's yours to sell.

Yes. The bank isn't doing anything illegal by taking pictures of the house from the public roads.

You do not have a case against the management company. For a lawsuit you must have been harmed. Fortunately, you weren't.
