Mr. Keo was accused of molesting a 12 year old girl, and of possessing child porn. The girl was a friend of his young sister and the accuser would often sleep over. She claimed that Mony came in one ... morning and kissed and fondled her--all the while his sister was in the same bed. When he was arrested the police claim they found child porn on DVDs in his car. At trial I exposed the many inconsistencies of the accuser's statements. His sister testified that she saw no such molestation. And, we were able to introduce records that showed he was at work at the time she claimed he molested her. As for the child porn charges, I was able to introduce evidence that several different officers handled his belongings, and that the investigating detective was investigating other cases of porn. The jury concluded that the detective was sloppy and allowed child porn from another suspect to get into Mony's belonging.
