Monique K. Meadows

Monique K. Meadows received her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating summa cum laude in 1992. Her legal career began as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael F. Cavanagh, Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court (1992-1994). Following her clerkship, Ms. Meadows worked as an Associate at the Detroit law firm of Barris, Sott, Denn & Driker, P.L.L.C. where she concentrated on Immigration and Nationality Law, as well as Commercial Litigation. In 1999, Ms. Meadows left private practice to work as Corporate Counsel/Immigration for MSX International Inc., Warren, MI. At MSX, Ms. Meadows was responsible for managing the immigration matters for a multi-national company, including in-bound and out-bound employment based visas, legal compliance and corporate training. Ms. Meadows has handled all types of immigration matters with a wide variety of situations and circumstances. She has taught Immigration and Nationality Law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School (1998 – 2000), provides training seminars large corporations and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
