60 felony counts of bailbond fraud. In a prefiling status, I got warrant fruits of $350,000 returned to client. Case began - with motions and attackes, I got the 60 down to 40, then down to 20, than di ... smissed. DA refilled 40 felony counts. Attack, attack, attack, down to 6 misdemeanor counts. I then took the matter to trial, suppressed certain evidence at trial under 4th Amendment, and my client was fully acquitted. I will not back down when Justice lies in the balance. Ever.
