Chad Wilson and John Midmore, members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club were indicted on 12 counts of attempted murder and 1 count of conspiracy to commit first degree murder in connection with a sho ... oting involving numerous members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club on August 6, 2006 in Custer, South Dakota. The investigation was spearheaded by the DEA, ATF, FBI, Homeland Security and local state authorities. The case involved a separate declalatory relief action in the United States District Court, Western Division of South Dakota as well as two separate appeals in the Supreme Cpourt of the State of South Dakota. The matter went to trial on November 1, 2008. On November 21, 2008 David Kenner and Brett Greenfield were successful in their defense presentation. The jury acquiited Mr. Wilson and Mr. Midmore on all 12 counts of attempted first degree murder. The State of Suth Dakota later dismissed the conspiracy count against both Mr. Wilson and Mr. Midmore.
