     I have practiced criminal defense law in municipal, state and federal courts since 1984 when I started practicing law. I spent 2 years as a prosecutor in the Mobile County D.A.'s office in 1989 -1990 prosecuting all levels of offenses (from writing bad checks to murder). I have defended all levels of offenses during my years in private practice (from writing bad checks to murder). i understand the legal system, i know the prosecutors and the judges. 

     i practice in surrounding counties (Baldwin, Clarke, Escambia, Washington) and their municipalities on occasion. i can go where your case is being tried.

     My main motto is "Find A Way To Win, Not A Reason To Lose." Every case has a win, but not all wins are identical. Of course we want to be acquitted, and that certainly is a a win. In other cases, a win is a reduced or minimal sentence, or Good Behavior, or some other alternative disposition. Each case is unique with its facts, law and circumstances. Each case must be handled individually, with as much attention as possible.
