Will Grimes Phillips

Will grew up in Montgomery and attended Birmingham-Southern College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. While there he co-founder and served as president of BSC Conservancy, a student environmental group awarded the 1000 Points of Light award from then President George H.W. Bush for its model aluminum and glass recycling center.

After graduation he attended Jones School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. In the more than 26 years since then, Will has established an impressive track record which boasts many settlements and resolutions amounting to millions of dollars.

Will has dedicated his career to helping individuals navigate and overcome the complexities and challenges of personal injury. He is not just a legal advocate; he is a compassionate ally.

Beyond law, Will is often invited to speak at civic clubs, church groups, and men's rehabs where he uses clean humor as a springboard for inspirational and motivational messages. When Will isn’t spending time with his wife, Trecia, and their five children, he enjoys embracing adventure as an avid scuba diver and spear-fisherman.
