James David Greene Jr.

David was raised in Mobile County as the son of a paper mill worker and a middle school teacher. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing and earned his Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law.

Since the creation of the Greene & Phillips, David has a proven track record of success, including a $1.8 million jury verdict in a motorcycle accident case and a $9.5 million settlement in a commercial trucking accident case. David also served as lead-counsel on a commercial carrier case which was resolved for $10.5 million and co-counsel on a product liability case which was resolved for $9 million.

In his free time, David enjoys hunting and fishing at his family farm in Greene County, Mississippi with his wife, Tonja, and their three children. The Greenes are active members of Redemption Baptist Church in Saraland. Additionally, as a licensed instrument-rated pilot, David enjoys the opportunity to fly the firm’s Piper Malibu Mirage PA-46 aircraft to ensure prompt service to clients nationwide.
