Brent Thomas Day

I've been working with Brent Day for 3 years. In that time he handled my case competently and quickly. He was so easy to contact that he gave me his cell phone number (which I was careful not to abuse) and Brent never failed to answer my text even when he was in court! I have had a very pleasant exp...erience with this attorney and consider him my "go to" guy for all my legal needs.

This man will reel you in on the first visit making you feel important and protected. I originally wanted a contestant divorce, he says minimum $5000 with $1225 up front. The entire 2 months that he worked for me, he would NOT return my phone calls or emails. I had to drive 45 miles on several occasi...ons just to talk to him! He also would NOT return my husband's lawyers phone calls. So, about 2 months before actual court date, I told him that my husband and I worked out a deal, I typed it up And gave it to him. He wanted another $500 to change from contestant to non-contestant. So a week later, no news on new papers and he did NOT returned my husband's lawyer's phone call AGAIN! I left a message that I no longer want his services because My husband's will lawyer will draw up paperwork for less than $500!!! DONT HIRE THIS MAN!!
