Tiffany Bock Smith

Tiffany Smith has an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts. Growing up with a family construction business, Tiffany knows firsthand the fact that a business has to be ready for anything. With a broad background in civil litigation, Tiffany has specialized in a variety of fields including reditor rights, corporate law, state and municipal law, bond and surety matters, probate, real property, and construction law.

Tiffany’s experience includes general commercial litigation and the representation of construction clients against surety claims, bond issues, and disputes with subcontractors.

Tiffany enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their difficulties, and solving their problems. She believes you cannot effectively advocate for your clients without developing an in-depth understanding of their business. Her clients include banking institutions, servicing industry, construction, healthcare, and marine industry entities, among others. Her practice focuses on serving creditors in all aspects, including collections and defending creditors in active litigation.
