Stephen Joseph Cramblitt Jr

Joey Cramblitt has a broad practice, representing clients in an array of matters focusing primarily on the defense and prevention of civil lawsuits.  He has defended clients in the areas of commercial litigation, premises liability, legal malpractice, engineering malpractice, insurance defense and coverage matters, breach of contract, construction disputes, breach of trust and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Cramblitt has also defended clients in a wide assortment of negligence and intentional tort claims, sales tax, infringement of debtor’s rights, disputes over property rights, will contests, conservatorship matters, allegations of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity, and §1983 civil rights claims.

In addition, Mr. Cramblitt has counseled clients with regard to the protection of liens in real and personal property, including agricultural products. He has prosecuted several matters on behalf of clients including embezzlement, accounting malpractice, insurance coverage matters, enforcement of liens, debt collection, and copyright infringement.
