Criminal defense, with focus on drug-related cases and municipal cases. My goal in such cases is to get the client the best outcome possible and to avoid jail time if feasible.

Focus is primarily on drafting deeds and related documents, litigating tax deed or tax certificate issues, quieting title to property, and representing either homeowners associations or those living on property governed by a homeowners association's rules and regulations.

Focus includes drafting and negotiating uncontested divorces as well as handling contested divorces and any related custody issues and equitable divisions of marital property. I can also handle child custody, issues related to child support, and cases involving DHR.

Focus is on drafting wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and healthcare proxies with the goal of helping clients ensure that their affairs are tended to according to their wishes.
