I hired Mrs. Doggett to represent me for a DUI arrest. I went to court but she did not show up. My case was called and I went in front of the Judge who sentenced me to one year probation. Replied last January 21, 2026Hello, could you please let me know which jurisdiction you are referring to in the above post? I have never not shown up for court unless I have an unavoidable conflict and always have another attorney covering for me on the rare occasion that I am unable to appear personally. I do not typically appear for reviews on cases unless there has been a new issue arise in the case and the client informs me about it ahead of time. I would like some additional details and would be happy to discuss this matter further with you either in office or by phone.
