After merely consulting with this attorney it was VERY clear to me that this man will take on any type of case regardless of whether or not it is in your best interest or whether he is proficient in that type of law. Not only was he very rude but acted as if I needed to do all the footwork which I l...ater found out from the attorney I did end up hiring is the job of the attorney! He was also very quick to ask for a retainer fee before I could even finish explaining my case to him. The best advice I have ever been told is that any time you find an attorney who will literally take on any type of case regardless of their experience in that particular area not only screams unprofessionalism but most importantly desperation and any attorney that desperate for cases is most certainly not who you want representing you in the court room. That is if he even decides to show up to court for your case as some of his other reviews have stated.

I would not recommended him to anyone. He went through the motions in my case with a distinct lack of effort or concern. Trust was broken very early in the process. I needed help not another problem to manage. On several occasions, David either did not file paperwork on time or at all. It seem...ed to me that, all he wanted to do is settle and be done with my case quickly so he can move on to the next poor soul. I honestly think I would have been better representing myself. Very disappointed from start to finish and a complete waste of my hard earned money.
