My experience with him has been nothing short of a nightmare. He sold me on a flat-rate fee but then dragged my case out unnecessarily, only to demand thousands more. When I asked for accountability, like receipts for cash I handed him, or an itemized billing statement, I was told flat out that his o...ffice “doesn’t provide those.” That’s not just unprofessional, it’s unethical. On top of that, he refused to provide proof that critical evidence in my case was ever sent to opposing counsel, despite me asking multiple times. When I finally pressed him for answers, he abruptly withdrew from my case and left me hanging. His staff backed up his evasions, and the whole office culture seemed to be about covering their tracks rather than representing their client. The case was simple yet he turned it into a prolonged, expensive mess. Tank Dasinger is not someone you can trust with your case or your money. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Alabama State Bar, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for legal representation.
