Paid him $2500 retainer to help with a child custody case. He send numerous text messages begging for a payment when it wasn't scheduled for a payment. almost 1.5 years over the course of time he would say he filed this motion filed this and that he was having meetings with attorney's and the judge o...ver this only to find out it was all a LIE. I have over a 1000 text messages, social media messages to and from him of all his promises and broken promises. He wouldn't return phone calls but you could see him on facebook at the same time you were calling and texting. I have requested a refund. He finally sent a text two weeks ago saying he would send the refund only after I told him I would report his actions to the Barr Association.
