Spencer Wade Jones

Spencer W. Jones is a partner at Brock & Stout, where he leads the firm’s Personal Injury Department and also practices Consumer Bankruptcy law. A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Spencer is committed to helping individuals and families through challenging situations, whether they are facing overwhelming debt or recovering after a serious injury.

Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Alabama in 2011. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2014. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Since joining Brock & Stout in 2017, Spencer has focused on providing practical guidance and strong advocacy for clients in both bankruptcy and personal injury matters. His approach combines careful legal analysis with an understanding of the real-world challenges his clients face.
