Spencer Wade Jones

Spencer W. Jones is a partner at Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law, where he leads the firm’s Personal Injury Department and also represents clients in Consumer Bankruptcy matters. A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Spencer is committed to helping individuals and families through difficult financial circumstances and the aftermath of serious injuries.
Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Alabama in 2011 and received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2014. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Since joining Brock & Stout in 2017, Spencer has focused on providing practical legal guidance and dedicated advocacy. His approach combines careful legal analysis with an understanding of the real-world challenges his clients face.
