Clayton John Brooks

Clayton is an attorney whose primary area of practice is Consumer Bankruptcy. He grew up in Montgomery, New York, and attended Keystone College outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2019.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Clayton attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2022. Clayton and his family later moved to Alabama, and he became licensed to practice in Alabama state courts in 2023.

Clayton joined Brock & Stout in January 2024, where he focuses on helping clients navigate the consumer bankruptcy process and work toward financial relief.
