Brant Swartz

Brant is an attorney whose primary area of practice is Consumer Bankruptcy. He grew up in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Sustainability from Wilson College in 2017.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Brant attended Vermont Law School, where he earned his Master’s in Environmental Law and Policy in 2018, followed by his Juris Doctor in 2021. He became licensed to practice in Alabama state courts in April 2023 and moved to Enterprise, Alabama, later that year. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Alabama.

Brant joined Brock & Stout in November 2023, where he focuses on helping clients navigate the consumer bankruptcy process.
