Defendant was charged with assault 2nd with a knife. Everyone at the scene said defendant stabbed victim including the defendant. After leaving the scene, the defendant allegedly asked his girlfriend ... to stab him so he could claim self-defense. She would not. He later appear with a torn shirt and some scratch marks. Only the defendant said that victim had a knife.
