He doesn’t even deserve the one star, but it’s required in order to proceed. This crook took $6000.00 from me, to dispute a will. He informed me that it could take up to 10 years to settle, so I would only check in with him every couple of years. In March 2024 I texted him to get an update. He info...rmed me that my case was still pending in Henry County. Move forward to January 2026, I reach out for an update and after a week of trying to get an update he informs me that the case was dismissed in 2023 due to the judge dismissing it for lack of movement. Ive now forwarded all relevant information to the Alabama State Bar for disciplinary action. If you’re thinking about hiring this crook of an attorney, I’d highly recommend you seek a different attorney because hopefully he’ll be losing his license to practice soon enough. He’s a liar and committed legal malpracticeby telling me in 2024 my case was still pending when indeed it has been dismissed due to HIS lack of filing and kissing the filing deadlines. Then he committed malpractice my not notifying me that he had committed legal malpractice and to seek another attorney because of his screw up. He is not to be trusted!!!!
