Dustin Judd Fowler

I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a POA working with Dustin Fowler and his firm. There was a serious lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process. After being retained and paid a substantial amount of money, I did not see the level of effort or thorough legal wor...k that was promised. Important filings appeared incomplete, and communication was always difficult, unproductive, or completely denied. There is also an ongoing issue involving funds that were not earned being retained by the firm and then unnecessarily being entered into a court interpleader. Attempts to resolve this matter have been frustrating and unsuccessful. Documents that must be served are being intentionally sent to the wrong address to hold up over $80,000. In addition, interactions with his partner, Stephen E., were similarly challenging. I experienced both attorneys as uncooperative and unwilling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. I encourage others to seek legal counsel elsewhere.

Dustin helped me after I was hit from behind by a truck. The other person's insurance company put a deadline for me to accept the offer. I called Dustin and I am glad I did. I am so thankful for what he got me. I was out of work for a while after the wreck and the money helped pay my medical bill...s. And it allowed me to stop working for a while to heal. Everyone in his office was nice and they called me a couple of weeks ago check on me even a year later. I just told a friend on Facebook to call him after she posted pictures of her wreck. I am sure he will take care of her too.

Dustin was spectacular! He settled my families case for more than we could have ever imagined. He knows the law and was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. He gave us his personal cell phone number and was always fast to respond. I would recommend him to ANY...ONE looking for an attorney in Alabama. We used our settlement to move closer to family, but we still recommend him to friends in the area.

I went to Dustin during, what I thought at the time, was a dire situation. In hindsight, Mr. Fowler clearly knew it was not. However, he seized the opportunity to charge me an exorbitant "flat fee" that I had to struggle to pay and then Mr. Fowler did nearly nothing in return as "nearly nothing" wa...s all that was required for the situation. I was advised by other attorneys involved in the matter that he was so inept and crass, they did not want him near my unfolding case for fear of irreparable damage. This attorney talks a lot, instills fear, overcharges and then disappears. Anyone needing his service is better off representing themselves.
