Matthew Brock St Amant

Matthew Brock St. Amant serves as the Managing Partner of Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law, where he helps guide the firm’s strategic growth while remaining deeply committed to its mission of putting clients first.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Matt brings a unique blend of business, technology, and legal experience to the firm. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida State University in 2008, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida State University in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked in software development for over 10 years, giving him a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and operational efficiency.

Matt joined Brock & Stout in 2010 as Manager of Business Operations, where he played a key role in modernizing systems, improving efficiency, and supporting the firm’s expansion. Driven by a desire to further serve clients and the firm, he went on to attend Faulkner University, Jones School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, graduating summa cum laude, and finishing second in his class.

Today, as Managing Partner, Matt oversees firm operations while helping ensure that Brock & Stout remains compassionate, service-oriented, and dedicated to advocating for its clients. His combined experience in technology, business, and law allows him to approach legal challenges with a well-rounded perspective focused on results, integrity, and long-term client success.
