Kathy went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she take the time to help me with my court case but she also took time out of her busy schedule to help me in my personal life to over come a big fear and take a big step forward to move on with my Life. She is truly a ginuwine person who cares ab...out you and what you have been through or going through I am so blessed that she has walked in my Life and changed my life for good! I would definitely recommend her if I could I would hire her for EVERYTHING

I hired her to assist me after a defendant, who I received a judgement against is small claims court, appealed to Circuit Court. I, and the attorney who had been the Small Claims Court Judge, felt it was an appeal that couldn’t be lost. Ms. Pope also told me if she lost this, she needed to rethink he...r career path. She lost it! Not because there was no case, evidence, or preparation . . . I had done everything for the case; with the assistance of my daughter, and resources she had, at her Law School. I had been doing well ProSe - even drafting, and arguing, a motion in Circuit Court - and should have stayed that way. I just thought it would be better to go into the trial with an attorney. Unfortunately, it appeared to me, Ms. Pope too easily allowed the opposing attorney, with the complicity of, what I perceived to be, a lazy judge, confuse her, then just locked up in court. Once I began to believe she was not up to the challenge, I considered standing up and taking over in court; but was concerned this judge, given the state he appeared to be in, would be difficult. It was $5K . . . not enough to risk a contempt charge. She is nice, and can possibly push paper, but, in my opinion, doesn’t need to be in court.
