The client came to see me a few years after the dissolution of his long term marriage. He had been ordered to pay spousal support with no end date in sight. His ex-wife was self-employed and refused t ... o disclose any of her financial information. After some investigation, I filed for a hearing to reduce or terminate the support order. We prevailed. The Court terminated my client's obligation to pay spousal support.
