Jeffrey Garrett Miller

Hello! I am an attorney in Alabama and have been practicing since September 2001. I primarily practice in the areas of transportation law, personal injury defense, and employment law. I firmly believe in preventive legal services, aimed at helping my clients avoid costly litigation and administrative proceedings, and early resolution of claims where possible. When litigation or administrative proceedings come, though, I also believe in passionately and zealously advocating for my clients while at the same time bearing in mind the client's overall business and litigation management objectives.

At home, I am married to my first and only true love, Dana. We have been married since 2002.  The Lord has blessed us with four absolutely wonderful children. They truly are the best of each of us. I am very much a work in progress, personally and professionally, but I try to live my life and conduct my work in a way that honors and glorifies my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Admittedly, I fall flat a lot of the time, but some of the principles that my family and I try to live by are found in Deuteronomy 6:5; Joshua 24:14-15; Isaiah 40:27-31; Jeremiah 29:11; Matthew 6:33; Matthew 7:12; Matthew 22:36-40; Luke 6:31; and Romans 8:28; among others.
