Biography
I have represented clients in the full spectrum of civil and criminal law, with a heavy concentration in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama, both in trials and appeal.
I have secured jury verdicts, negotiated and settled numerous cases involving Breach of Contract, Breach f Warranty, Condemnation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Fraud, Landlord-Tenant, Faulty Construction as well as many other causes of action. Many of these cases resulted in multi-million dollar recoveries. I also have extensive experience representing Municipalities and Boards.
I also enjoy working with the Fuller Center for Housing and serve on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army.
