Brittney S. Bragg

Brittney S. Bragg is a partner at the firm Abell & Bragg, LLC. She handles several types of personal injury litigation. Workers’ compensation, Social Security, motor vehicle accident, and slip and fall cases are her main focus. She also handles domestic cases such as divorce, child custody, and child support. Brittney was raised in Gautier, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Alabama in 2011. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May of 2015. While in law school, Brittney was an active member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and Jones Public Interest Law Foundation. While still in law school, Brittney worked as a law clerk for the firm. During her third year of law school, Brittney obtained a 3L Practice Card which allowed her to gain valuable courtroom experience. Within weeks of being admitted to practice law in Alabama, Brittney had her first trial and she has handled several since then. Brittney is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Association for Justice and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar.

Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Brittney enjoys fishing and kayaking. She also loves spending time with her family. Brittney is dedicated to her profession and works well with people.
