Cavanaugh and her sisters were granddaughters of Martz who created a trust in 1986. Martz had two children: a son and a daughter. The trust left her estate equaly to her son and daughter. But her s ... on died in 1994. His share should have gone to his children (Cavanaugh and her sisters). But the daughter induced Martz to sign a new trust in 1994 leaving her entire estate to the daughter. Martz then died in 1997. Cavanaugh and sisters challenged the 1997 trust. We settled the case leaving half the estate to Cavanaugh and her sisters.
