We represented an employee of Oklahoma State University who was injured when she fell in her employer's parking lot on her way into work. The Court determined that because her actions at the time of h ... er injury were related to and in furtherance of the business of her employer, and she was on her employer's premises when she fell, that she was in the course and scope of her employment as defined in the act.
