OUTCOME: Deportable felony reduced to a non deportable misdemeanor.

Client had a pending green card application, but had been arrested on a felony family violence charge. This type of charge would have made him deportable and inadmissible to get a green card. He is a ... husband and father, and if he had been deported then his family would have been stuck here without him.
