Feb 22, 2012OUTCOME: After a five (5) day trial: the assets were equitably divded; dad had to pay spousal and child support; and mom was awarded primary custody with visitation to dad. Dad was also sanctioned for making false allegations.
This was a contentious divorce and child custody proceeding. Dad wanted all the assets, no support obligation, and full custody and made many allegations (deemed unfounded) against mother. The Depart ... ment of Children and Family Services were involved on many occasions.
